Rants – you don’t want to be featured here!

Most people who know me know I’m a stable, easy going person, not easily bothered by life’s little annoyances.
I remember one time a customer was very, very upset with my employer’s policies. He was literally yelling at me, in a closed office, face to face. After about five minutes of his rampage, he looks at me, red faced and says “what pisses me off even more is I can’t seem to ruffle your feathers (words sanitized for sake of the blog)”. I think this is one of the traits that helps makes me good at what I do.
So if you find yourself on this page, you know you’ve managed to hit that magic threshold of my patience. It could be because I view the issue a blunder in professionalism, a bad policy, poorly crafted product, or something just so utterly ridiculous that something drastic needs to happen to correct it.
